國立陽明交通大學語言中心 英語會話圓桌
English Table, LTRC, NYCU
- 活動宗旨:提升本校師生英語口語會話能力。
- 活動師資:本校語言中心中、外籍教師。
- 活動對象:本校學生。
- 活動地點:實體或線上,
- 活動方式:每桌限12位學生,依主桌老師規劃之主題,以講義或短片方式,進行全英語對話或討論。每次50分鐘。(實體為主,報名表單內標註線上則為線上圓桌,將另外寄信提醒。)
- 活動時間:本學期第3週至第14週(國定假日、期中考週除外)。
- 圓桌次數:每週上限5次,同一天同時段活動上限1次。
- 活動預約:採Google表單線上預約方式,為避免造成因臨時取消或新增來不及更新的情況發生, 須於至少活動2-7日前預約,活動前1日不得取消。

- 報到出席:限本人參加。實體活動請到綜合一館A525室(李麥德老師/林玉書老師)/綜合一館505教室(吳思葦老師),開始前請填寫簽到表單,活動後填寫回饋問卷即可算一次出席,由工作人員上傳一次護照紀錄;線上圓桌請準時出席並於活動結束後填寫線上問卷,由工作人員上傳一次護照紀錄。
- 違規停權:缺席、未於有效時間內取消圓桌預約者,將招致停權處分。
- 違規1次:不得預約及候補2個月內的各類活動。
- 違規2次以上:不得預約及候補該學期的各類活動。

- Purpose of the Activity:
To enhance the English speaking and conversational skills of faculty and students at NYCU. - Instructors:
Chinese and foreign instructors from the NYCU Language Center. - Participants:
NYCU students. - Venue:
On-site or online. - Format:
Each table is limited to 12 students. Based on the theme planned by the table instructor, sessions will be conducted entirely in English through guided discussions using handouts or short videos.
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
(On-site sessions are the default. If a session is marked as online in the registration form, it will be held online, and a separate notification email will be sent.) - Schedule:
From Week 3 to Week 14 of the semester (excluding national holidays and midterm exam week). - Number of Sessions:
Up to 5 sessions per week.
Only one session may be held at the same time on the same day. - Registration:
Registration is conducted via an online Google Form.
To avoid issues caused by last-minute cancellations or additions that cannot be updated in time, participants must register at least 2–7 days before the session.

Please complete the sign-in form before the session and the feedback questionnaire after the session to be counted as one attendance. Staff will upload one passport record on your behalf. -
Online sessions:
Please attend punctually and complete the online feedback questionnaire after the session. Staff will upload one passport record on your behalf. - Penalties for Violations:
Absence or failure to cancel within the valid cancellation period will result in suspension. -
One violation:
Suspension from registering for or being waitlisted for any activities for two months. -
Two or more violations:
Suspension from registering for or being waitlisted for any activities for the entire semester. - Notes:
