英語寫作諮詢服務(03/03-05/23)
活動宗旨：提升本校學生英文寫作相關知識與能力。
活動師資：本校語言中心專兼任師資
諮詢對象：本校學生
諮詢範圍：英文學術期刊論文、英文學術簡報、英文碩博士論文、英文讀書計畫、工作履歷及
TOEFL/GEPT…等考試相關寫作問題。
諮詢方式：採線上諮詢一對一方式，每次25分鐘，若文章約300-400個字，請預約兩個時段。參加者須在諮詢前先上傳自己擬訂之寫作主題、段落或文章至Google doc.並開放編輯權限，於諮詢時在對話視窗貼入文章與諮詢老師分享連結。**請務必事前了解Google doc.使用方式，並準備好上傳之文章連結，以避免佔用諮詢時間。
諮詢次數：每人上限16次，每週上限4次。
諮詢地點：Google meet線上連結(報名成功者會在至少諮詢前一日收到連結通知，若未收到請來信告知)；請自備筆電在安靜及網路順暢的地點進行諮詢，避免環境音影響諮詢品質。

活動預約：採Google表單線上預約方式，為避免造成因臨時取消或新增來不及更新的情況發生，諮詢須於至少活動2-7日前預約，活動前1日不得取消。

查詢活動預約狀況及日程表：
報到出席：請在預約時間上線，並請在諮詢後協助填寫問卷。參加自學方案的同學將於活動結束後直接上傳紀錄。
違規停權：缺席、未於有效時間內取消諮詢者，將招致停權處分。
(1)違規1次：不得預約及候補2個月內的各類活動。
(2)違規2次以上：不得預約及候補該學期的各類活動。

Language Self-study Center provides free one-on-one writing consultations for students and faculty at NYCU. You can bring in many types of writing (e.g., thesis/dissertation, journal articles, application essays, cover letter, autobiography, resume, TOEFL/GRE/GEPT writing) at different stages of the writing process including brainstorming, outlining, drafting, and revising.
Writing Consultation Policies
Location: Online (Google Meet)
Time: 03/03-05/23. Please refer to the timetable.
Approach: The writing consultation sessions are interactive. Each session lasts 25 minutes. You need to use a PC and share the writing. We will help you with the content and organization of your writing. We will also help you learn to identify and correct your grammatical errors but we DO NOT offer proofreading, editing, and translation services.
Number of Appointments: Each person can have a maximum of 16 appointments during the summer vacation and 4 appointments per week.
To Schedule an Appointment: Appointments are open to being scheduled at 10 a.m. one week before your preferred date **Please use the Google Calendar to check the timetable and the appointment.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel an appointment, you need to cancel it by e-mail (lingshih@nycu.edu.tw) no later than 12 a.m. the day before your scheduled session.
No Shows:
One violation will be recorded if you do not cancel an appointment in time. The number of violations will be accumulated during the years that you study at NYCU and will result in the following punishment:
- 1 violation: no appointments for 2 months
- More than 2 violations: no appointments for 1 semester
